Ode to the Covid of 2020 No quicker have we fallen No quicker have we feared No quicker has the entire world been shut down in a year. So many shops were shut down and slip slops weren't allowed So many things ridiculous caused us many frowns. So many times they lied to you and you and you So many things were denied, also to me too. I couldn't smoke couldn't drink couldn't even give a hug All because there is some invincible bug. The bug was so terrifying it almost got my Sis. I thank God every day as he chose to give her a miss. Left my Mum and Son alone, took away my taste and smell. This bug has definitely escaped from the depths of hell. Many lives were lost, as we all know someone was taken. Injection 1 & 2 now 3, something seems to be faking.
